Blizzard Ring | Quick Delivery | Deepwoken

The Blizzard Ring is a craftable Relic Ring that slows all enemies hit by M1s and suffocates those you flourish, scaling with Frostdraw and Galebreathe. You also gain 15 Ether when you land Galebreathe or Frostdraw attacks. The Suffocation duration scales with your current Galebreathe stat with it starting at 0.1 second at 0 gale. Its effects are the combined powers of both the Frost Ring and the Gale Enhanced Ring. But weaker, with slowing M1s being half the duration and the Suffocation effect only being an extender to already existing suffocation.
